MDI is committed to our clients' success; and with that in mind, we provide a host of "after-the-sale" services to help you take advantage of all that our technology, our software, and our people have to offer. Basic TrainingMDI offers FREE, unlimited training at our St. Louis facility. Your staff receives thorough, hands-on training with the tools they use in their daily activities. The agenda covers a broad range of functions for the software modules specific to clinical and accounting disciplines in 3-4 full day sessions. If you have specific training needs, just let us know. If you prefer on-site training, our staff is available, at very affordable rates, to conduct sessions at your facility Advanced TrainingOnce your staff has mastered the basics, take advantage of our Advanced Training sessions. These cover the more sophisticated functions of our software, designed to help you manage your facility more efficiently. Advanced Training sessions are held periodically in venues across the country for a small fee. If you prefer, our staff is also available to conduct Advanced Training on-site, at very affordable rates. Specialized TrainingOur training specialists are educated and experienced in issues unique to Long-Term Care. MDI can train your staff on topics specific to your facility's individual needs, such as ICD9 Coding, Policies and Procedures for Medical Records in Long-Term Care, HIPAA Compliance, etc., at our facility or yours, for an additional fee. Follow-Up SupportMDI's client support team includes Implementation Specialists dedicated to helping new clients get through the critical first month-end close using our software. Help is just a phone call away, or our staff can provide on-site support for an additional fee. Audit PreparationMDI can help your staff prepare for an audit and make sure that you're ready with the answer to any question. For an additional fee, our support specialists will visit your facility to review the appropriate month- and year-end reports our software provides and refresh your staff's skills on how to access the information and print the reports that auditors may request. Network ConsultationMDI's IT experts can provide on-site analysis and recommendations to your facility's own IT personnel or other decision-makers on issues such as network/hardware design, network troubleshooting, and security/privacy issues for HIPAA compliance.
