Customer Service NewsULTRACare Quarterly Free TrainingThe more proficient that you become with the ULTRACare solution, the greater contribution you can make to your company's overall success. To help you realize a high level of success, we offer a variety of convenient training formats including instructor-led Classroom Training or Real-Time Learning. How do you get started? Choose the option that works best for you: Classroom Training Come join our classes where you can receive personal interaction in a professional atmosphere. This is the best choice for users seeking face-to-face instructor-led classes and interaction with other students that can share their best practices with you. Each student is assigned to a computer fully prepared with the latest version of ULTRACare. These classes provide a small group atmosphere with hands-on computer time. We encourage you to send newer staff, as the learning level is geared to the new to mid-level user. There is no charge for these classes if you have a current SPSA, other than your own travel and meal-elated costs. We limit class sizes to allow a good experience for all, so we ask that you register no more than 3 attendees per class per SPSA contract. Real-Time Learning is ideal if you need instruction on a smaller, focused area of ULTRACare such as month-end reconciliation or using eMARs and eTARs. You'll get a real-time connection to an instructor through a telephone and web-connect session to your computer at your desk - all without traveling.
