New Website Launched!

Do Not Call Scrubbing Now Available!
The FTC now prohibits telemarketers and sellers from making tele-marketing calls to any residential number that is on either (1) the National Do Not Call Registry or (2) the company's own Do Not Call list. It also requries these companies to scrub their call lists against the National Do Not Call Registry at least once every 31 days. Violators are subject to a fine of up to $11,000 per violation.

REPS Leads Subscription Clients can now have this service performed automatically. Once complete, phone numbers on the Do Not Call list will be flagged to avoid inadvertent violation.

New Requirements for REPS ASP Users
The REPS Version 12 rollout has begun. As announced previously, this new version will have significantly different hardware requirements than the current version. These are available for download from our website at http://www.mditech.com/products/pdfs/HardwareSpecs-PowerCube.pdf.

In order to use REPS Version 12, you will also need to update to Internet Explorer 7.0 and update your Trusted Sites to include the following:

Important Information for REPS for Windows Users

MDI Achieve recently notified all of our REPS for Windows users that support for REPS for Windows will be discontinued, effective August 1, 2008. Users with an active maintenance plan that renews on an annual basis will continue to receive live support until their plan expires 12 months from the date the maintenance plan was last renewed. At that time, the Annual Maintenance Plan will expire and will not be renewed for this product.

Please note that users can continue to use the software, but live technical support will be ending soon. However, if users would like to continue with an Annual Maintenance Plan without interruption, they will need to upgrade to a supported version of REPS Leads. Helpful Hints for Printing REPS Leads Reports
When you generate a report, several additional options for printing your report will appear in the upper right hand corner of the screen:

  • Portrait — clicking on the portrait button toggles you between portrait and landscape, changing the paper orientation by which the report is printed.
  • Page Setup — clicking on page setup will bring up an additional dialogue box where you can adjust margins or change the paper setting from letter to legal size.
  • Preview — clicking on the preview button allows you to see how your report will layout on paper (you can use the arrows in the upper left hand corner to move from page to page).
  • Print — clicking on the print button allows you to select a printer and print the report.
  • Email — clicking on the email button allows you to email one or multiple individuals your REPS report. The body of the email will include both a link where the report can be viewed in HTML and a Microsoft Word attachment of the report. If the email button is not present, there is not an email address attached to your user information. Contact your REPS admin and request they update your REPS login information with a valid email address.
