ULTRACare Training Opportunities
The more proficient you become with the ULTRACare solution, the greater contribution you can make to your company's overall success. To help you realize a high level of success, we offer a variety of convenient training formats including instructor-led Classroom Training or Real-time Learning.

Classroom Training for ULTRACare will be offered again in May 2007, and again during the 4th quarter of the year.

Plus, we will hold our annual Directions User Conference on September 10-13 that will offer many more learning sessions. More details will be posted at the Directions web site in early May.

Real-time Learning is ideal if you need instruction in more limited topic areas. You'll get a real-time connection to an instructor through a telephone and web-connect session to your computer at your desk - all without traveling. This is usually the best option if you need training on smaller focused areas of ULTRACare such as month-end reconciliation or using eMARs and eTARs. These sessions do need to be pre-arranged and there is a cost associated.

Free Training in May 2007
Yes, there is space available! Classroom Training for ULTRACare will be offered again in May 2007. Come join our classes where you can receive personal interaction in a professional atmosphere. This is the best choice for users seeking face-to-face instructor-led classes and interaction with other students that can share their best practices with you. Each student is assigned to a computer fully prepared with the latest version of ULTRACare.

These classes provide a small group atmosphere with hands-on computer time. We encourage you to send newer staff, as the learning level is geared to the new to mid-level user. There is no charge for these classes if you have a current SPSA, other than your own travel and meal related costs. We limit class sizes to allow a good experience for all, so we ask that you not register more than 3 attendees per class per SPSA contract. ULTRACare 2007 - Version 15
The annual version update for ULTRACare is scheduled to be published and available for download on Friday, May 18. We will post pre-release documentation prior to the release and a library of new release information on that day. Watch your email for more information in the next few weeks.
